#10 I am enough with Nicole Plantner, DVM

Today we have a very special episode. It is the original interview with one of my OG clients who is a complete badass.

If you've been following me on social media, or if you've listened to previous podcasts, I have already shouted this amazing woman, Nicole Plantner out multiple times.

I am so inspired by her, and the person that she was before she came to coaching, and certainly her new favorite version of herself now, which is equally and incredibly amazing.

Nicole Plantner is a badass doctor of veterinary medicine, wife, and mom to 3 kids. She is a recovering people pleaser who loves to hike, run and spend time with her family.

"People-pleasing people want to have the right answer, who don't ever want to be wrong, and if they are, they don't want to admit it because that would be terrifying."

The doors are open for my coaching 1-1 program! If you’re ready to become your favorite version of you, click here to schedule a conversation to see if working together is a good fit.

What You'll Learn:

  • How before coaching Nicole saw herself always falling short

  • Nicole shares what brought her to coaching and why it was life-changing

  • When Nicole said YES to herself, making the investment in coaching was easy

  • How Nicole learned to prioritize and put her needs at the top of the list first

"By making those small changes, I really became more of myself and who I wanted to be by doing that, and definitely saw those positive things build up and continue to make the changes." -Nicole Plantner

When Nicole began to see that she was enough, she put herself first on her To Do List. This gave her the opportunity to keep adding things that she was saying "yes" to for herself, and "no" to other things.

Doing less, and being okay with that, gave Nicole more peace of mind, because through the impact of coaching, she discovered this is the real meaning of self-care.
